  • Biweekly (40 minute) coaching sessions via audio or video call

It's a good fit for you if you prefer in-person training and want the increased accountability that comes with weekly coaching and supervised training sessions.

*All personal training packages require an initial consultation which includes an interview, review of lifestyle and health history, establishment of goals, posture and movement screen, initial exercise programming design and education on proper form.
