What it includes

  • A 12 week program with daily (weekday) lessons and reflections, focusing on one habit for 2 weeks at a time

  • Daily habit check-ins to keep you accountable

  • Access to and feedback from an experienced coach (18 years in the fitness industry, 9 years in personal training, 5 years in nutrition coaching) throughout the program

  • A virtual biweekly 30 minute group coaching session to discuss what's working and what's not

  • An online website forum to share tips, encouragement, and victories with your fellow group members

  • A sense of community with shared goals, wisdom, and experience 

  • A spirit of collaboration among your coach and your fellow group members


What's the fine print?

  • Program will begin in mid April

  • $99/month, billed monthly for 3 months

  • Registration deadline is April 10
