This solution is for busy people who need a bit more one-to-one support. It's a good fit for you if you have experience with exercise, DO NOT have acute or chronic injury that impacts movement, and want regular coaching sessions to stay on track and make progress.

  • Program design tailored to your level of fitness

  • Guidance and accountability to help you stay on track 

  • Data tracking to ensure you're making progress 

  • Biweekly (30 minute) coaching sessions via audio or video call

  • Quarterly (60 minute) programming updates

Fitness Instructor

Dynamic Personal Training*

This solution is for people who want a more traditional approach, yet also offers the advantage of technology to support your personal goals.  It's a good fit for you if you prefer in-person training and want the increased accountability that comes with weekly training sessions.

  • Program design tailored to your level of fitness

  • Guidance and accountability to help you stay on track 

  • Data tracking to ensure you're making progress 

  • Weekly (75 minute) in-person training and coaching sessions

  • Programming updates, as needed

*All personal training packages require an initial consultation which includes an interview, review of lifestyle and health history, establishment of goals, posture and movement screen, initial exercise programming design and education on proper form.
