Healthy Breakfast on the Go: 3 Recipes

Rushing out the door? Wait! I've put together some recipes for you that are so delicious, easy, healthy and portable, you won't want to skip another breakfast!


Just a little bit of prep and less than 30 minutes in the oven, and you have these Grab and Go Egg Muffins, a breakfast solution for the whole family. These can be eaten cold or warmed up in the microwave. Getting your morning protein has never been easier!

You will be amazed at how thick and creamy this Darkest Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie is! It's a great way to get some more dark leafy greens into your meals, and you'd never know they were there if you hadn't made it yourself. Though the recipe calls for frozen banana chunks, you can substitute a regular banana (which may make it a little less thick), so it can be thrown together at the last minute. I used black cocoa powder here, but you can use whatever cocoa powder you have on hand.

f you're looking for healthier carbs to start your day, look no further. And I love that I can change this up so easily by using whatever fruit and nuts I have on hand. These Overnight Oats come together in 5 minutes and magically meld into a jar of deliciousness while you sleep!
