Southwestern Black Bean Salad

It has been rather steamy here in Washington D.C. this month, so we've been avoiding turning on the oven and stove as much as possible. This is one of my summer go-to, no-cooking-required recipes that's a great solution for "it's too hot to cook dinner" and you can make it without breaking a sweat! You can keep your cool and easily turn this into a main by adding some thawed frozen shrimp. And if you're in a part of the world where you aren't sweltering, you can still enjoy this while we try not to be too bitterly envious.
